¡El gremio inmobiliario, unidos en una sola voz!

Actualmente, vivimos una situación que golpea a todos los sectores de la economía, desde el inicio de la “cuarentena” hasta el día 7 de junio se acató el cierre del comercio y todas las medidas dadas por el gobierno colombiano, cuyo fin, es evitar la propagación del virus.

A partir del 7 de junio, cuando se evaluaron protocolos de bioseguridad en empresas, se inició la reapertura de sectores, como el inmobiliario, no es justo, que 15 días después por descontrol de terceros y el no manejo de la situación por las entidades encargadas se nos vuelva a prohibir nuestra labor comercial, la privación del derecho al trabajo y limitándonos económicamente con obligaciones que no pueden negociarse, como nóminas, créditos bancarios, servicios públicos, arriendos, servicios de internet y telefonía, entre otros.

Tampoco, es justo que ya conociendo el actuar y la prevención del virus, nos dejemos intimidar. ¿Hasta cuándo vamos a dejar que pasen sobre nosotros? ¿Hasta cuándo dejaremos que tomen decisiones sin importar el bienestar común? Es su obligación analizar la situación y proyectar soluciones; como agente inmobiliario, me pregunto entonces, ¿cómo garantizamos el buen vivir de nuestros clientes? ¿cómo cuidamos el patrimonio de propietarios si de manera presencial no podemos recibir su propiedad? Es un sinnúmero de obligaciones que atentan a los colombianos no solo en mi sector, sino en todos los dados en el país.

Ésta, es nuestra oportunidad como gremio inmobiliario de levantar la voz para que seamos escuchados y no atropellados, no contamos con subsidios por parte del Estado, pero si, bajo su acato. ¡Tenemos, que aprender a vivir con este virus!
