¡Los atlanticenses tomaron la decisión de adquirir vivienda propia!

El departamento del Atlántico le dijo sí a la adquisición de vivienda propia con el aprovechamiento de las 200mil ayudas anunciadas el 27 de mayo, 2020 por el Gobierno Nacional colombiano, somos el segundo departamento al que más subsidios le han otorgado.

Después de 5 meses de recesión a causa de la pandemia que a la fecha nos azota, el Gobierno colombiano ha favorecido a 2.828 familias en el departamento del Atlántico que dieron un paso importante en sus vidas como es la adquisición de vivienda para garantizar la estabilidad y bienestar de sus familias.

De las 2.828 ayudas, 1.098 se concentran en la ciudad de Barranquilla convirtiéndose la segunda ciudad con más subsidios adquiridos, la primera es Bogotá con 1.549. El departamento del Atlántico demuestra un comportamiento de reactivación del mercado inmobiliario y aseguran que es un buen momento de comprar vivienda con ayuda del Gobierno.
